VENA candy ships worldwide, free of charge.

  

Unless special circumstances apply (holidays, vacation, others), of which you will be informed in the  NEWS  section and after the purchase, the Candies are shipped within 2 working days

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, once the Candy is on its way. 

VENA candy does not claim any responsibility for the taxes and fees that may be charged according to the customs regulations of the destination country.

 

Please note:  clients from Netherlands will be required to also pay 21% VAT (BTW), as it is not included in the prices.

 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL


a. When purchasing products, the Consumer has the option to withdraw from the contract without specifying any reasons for a period of 14 days (reflection period). This period starts on the day the product is received by or on behalf of the Consumer. After expiry of the reflection period the purchase agreement will come into force.

b. During this period, the Consumer shall handle the product and the packaging with care. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that it has been received. Damages that might have occurred during handling and /or shipping must immediately be reported to info@venacandy.com with visual proof. The Consumer shall unpack or use the product only to the extent necessary to judge whether he or she wishes to keep the product. If wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer shall return the product in the original packaging with all delivered accessories in an unused, complete and in the original condition and packaging on to VENA candy in conformity with the instruction given by VENA candy. The state of the product is visually documented prior to shipping and will be compared with the returned product. These two states need to be identical in order to accept the return of the product. It is recommended that the Consumer uses a traceable shipping service or purchases shipping insurance. To complete the return, VENA candy also requires a receipt or proof of purchase. Once the returned product is received and inspected, VENA candy will send the Consumer an email to notify that the returned item is received. The Consumer will also be notified of the approval or rejection of a possible refund. If approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the Consumer’s credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

c. VENA candy does not offer an exchange for a different item.



COSTS IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL


a. Should the Consumer exercise the right of withdrawal, shipping costs for the returned product are non-refundable.

b. If the Consumer has made a payment VENA candy shall return this amount as soon as possible, but within not more than 30 days after the returned product is received by VENA candy.
